Acitivites, many lead to additional quests. These are in the order completed.
Talk to Noel About Quarters

Talk to Noel to get a tour of The Lodge and your room. In your room, you will find the Starborn Gravis Suit if you have the creation club content installed. Having played the game for well over one thousand hours, I don't feel I'm losing anything by using this suit from the start.

The quest starts immediately following character creation and ends after talking to Sarah at The Lodge during One Small Step.

Talk to Sergeant Yumi

A random guard will mention in passing that Sergeant Yumi is looking for help (the first time) or that he wishes to speak with you (subsequent events).

Each time this occurs, it leads to another quest for UC Security.

Speaking to the janitor at the MAST NAT station can lead to a request to bring her a Terrabrew Cappuccino.

The quest starts by telling her she looks tired and then offerring to bring her a Terrabrew Cappuccino.

The Art Dealer

Passing by a gentleman, he made note he was an art dealer. Professor Drake offers to retrieve his delivery from the Trade Authority in the Well.

The quest starts by initiating a conversation with Samson in the Jemison Mercantile and ends when the art is returned to him.

Talk to Representative Chisolm

Passing through the spaceport, Professor Drake overhears and altercation between Representative Chisolm and UC Security.

The quest starts by overhearing the conversation and ends upon reporting the incident to the Freestar Collective embassy.

Talk to the Scientist by the Tree

Passing through the MAST NAT, Profressor Drake overhears someone mention a scientist staring at a tree and decides to have a word with him.

The quest beings by overhearing someone mention the scientist and ends when talking to Kelton.

Professor Drake overhears that the bartender at the Viewport is in need of assistance and heads over to offer help.

Collect Ship

Walter gives Professor Drake a free Kepler R ship, all he has to do is visit the staryard to collect it.

Starts after completing Overdesigned.

No video, simply return to the staryard and talk to the Havershaw...no, not really...that's how it was at release, but it appears to be added to your fleet automatically now. Making it your home ship completes the activity.

Once granted citizenship, Professor Drake heads over to the Realty office and buys a small place in the Well.

Visit Your New Home in the Well

After purchasing a home in the well from Zora, this activity gets added.

No video, head to the well and check out your new home. Maybe even decorate a bit.

After addressing the council and being named Class One Citizen, Profressor Drake is directed to speak with Commander Tuala to access the benefits.

Visit Your New Penthouse in New Atlantis

One of the rewards handed down through Commander Tuala is the penthouse in the Mercury tower. The activity starts after talking to Zora to claim ownership.

Speak to Percival

Commander Tuala informs you that Dr. Walker wishes to speak with you regarding potential new threats.

No video, go to the TMD/Red Devil HQ on Mars and talk to Percival to get "Apex Predator" repeatable quest.
Visit Vladimir's House

Asking Vladimir about retiring from the crimson fleet will trigger this activity.
