Step 33 of 248 in the playthrough
When Professor Drake arrives in Akila City for the first time, he finds that there is a hostage situation at the local GalBank and offers to help.
The quest starts by talking to Marshal Blake in front of GalBank and ends after either talking down the gang or taking them out and returning to the Marshal.
There is no separate video for this quest. It is included in the recording for The Empty Nest. Had I gone to Akila on my own before starting this quest, it would have been easier to separate the two.
